What we collect

• Student and guardian details: name, date of birth, age, contact number, email and address.
• Enrolment, attendance, assessment and fee-payment records.
• Documents you provide, such as an admission form or birth certificate.
• Basic technical data (e.g. session cookies) needed to run the site securely.

Children's information

We provide programmes for children. We only collect a child's information with the consent of a parent or guardian, use it strictly to deliver education and care, and never sell it. A parent or guardian may ask to view, correct or delete their child's records at any time.

How we use your information

• To register and manage enrolments, classes and groups.
• To collect fees and issue receipts.
• To communicate about classes, results and campus notices.
• To meet legal, accreditation and safeguarding obligations.

How we protect it

Access is limited to authorised staff by role, passwords are stored only in a securely hashed form, connections use HTTPS, and login attempts are rate-limited to deter abuse. We keep records only as long as needed for education, legal and accounting purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where necessary with examination or accreditation bodies (e.g. Cambridge), or where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your (or your child's) personal information, subject to any legal record-keeping requirements. To make a request, contact us at info@ogdcampus.com.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It is set as HttpOnly and SameSite, and Secure on HTTPS. We do not use advertising cookies.
